Welcome to YourTourGuide. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking our private Egyptology tours and travel services. By booking a tour with us, you accept these terms in full.
1. Reservation & Confirmation
A booking is considered "Confirmed" only after we have sent a written confirmation email and received the agreed-upon deposit or full payment. Since our tours are private and bespoke, we recommend booking at least 14 days in advance to secure permits and logistics for sites like Luxor and Cairo.
2. Payment Methods & Currency
All prices are quoted in USD/EUR/GBP but can be settled in local Egyptian Pounds (EGP) based on the daily bank exchange rate. We accept:
- Secure Online Credit Card Payments.
- Bank Wire Transfers.
- Cash payments (for remaining balances upon arrival in Hurghada).
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is designed to be as fair as possible while covering our pre-paid logistics:

4. Itinerary Flexibility
As your private Egyptologist guides, we pride ourselves on flexibility. If you wish to spend more time at the Grand Egyptian Museum or skip a specific stop in Luxor, we will accommodate you at no extra charge, provided it does not impact pre-booked flights or official security permits.

Travelers are responsible for their own comprehensive travel insurance. YourTourGuide is not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of property. We provide safe, licensed vehicles and expert drivers for all transfers.
